Christmas Greetings from the Enemy

These cards and leaflets were produced as propaganda by The Chinese People's Volunteer Army during the Korean War. These items, intended to weaken enemy morale and erode solidarity with the South Korean cause, were disseminated to those troops operating under United Nations Command. Though not necessarily effective from a propaganda point of view, the cards and leaflets became highly collectable as souvenirs and were often saved or sent home by serving soldiers, in this case by various members of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.
